What's These UNEXPLAINED EXTRA PARTS of HM-01 engine?

Extra bag labeled, "Machine Screw 3*6" containing what appears to be qty=2 set screws of unknown size - not machine screws as labeled - these screw sizes are not identified on the BOM or drawing detail. See photo for detail.
>>Please identify their use? Are these substituted different sizes for the above missing part # 039, M3*4 set screws?

11. Could you help please. What is the easiest way to get the tapered collet and wheel off the drive shaft. I forgot to put the steel balls in the key way. Or will it be ok without them in

12. i ordered and received a retrol hm-01 hit and miss motor. upon opening the box i noticed that the speed controle lever was not attached to the motor, there was a spring and black mount attached to the lever. i can not find any instructions on how to install the lever. the wiring and plug seem to be in good shape. can you please point me in the correct direction to get this resolved. i can send pictures of the speed control lever if needed

13. Why doeshm-01 have a battery? Does it not use a flame source to heat the water? If it’s using electric power it’s technically a motor not an engine LOL.

The battery is used to power the igniter. The igniter is an electronic igniter.

3 Modifications done so far on the HM-01 hit and miss engine:

1). Ignition timing has been retarded bringing ignition closer to TDC - this helped allow for much slower running speed from stock and has greatly reduce kickback at slow cranking speed.

2). Softer spring for governor mechanism - allows for slower speed running.

3). Softer push rod spring - to reduce the frictional loading on the engine so slower speed operation can be maintained.
