SERVICE TERMS

Exterior of the Parts:

This product is a hand-assembled version (KIT) with separate parts that need to be assembled and tuned by yourself. As most parts are made with a small number of molds and are metal parts that undergo multiple manufacturing processes, there may be unavoidable minor flaws in appearance or traces of manual assembly due to limitations in different processes or conditions during production, assembly, and transportation. Except for cases that affect normal assembly and use or have serious appearance issues, these will not be covered by free after-sales service. Thank you for your support and understanding. We will do our best to improve manufacturing standards.

Cast Molded Parts:

Some metal parts are cast-molded, which means the surface may not look like CNC-machined parts. Tiny dents and scratches may appear; these are not included in after-sales service. It won’t be a quality problem unless the part is broken.

Human Error:

The following issues listed in the manual are not covered by after-sales service:
1. Unsuitable tools with over-torque leading to broken screws or threads, corrosion from screw glue.
2. Failure to follow the manual, resulting in broken or worn parts.
3. Storing the product in harsh environments causing corrosion of parts.
4. Other human errors as judged by the after-sales department.

For more information, please contact the dealer to apply for after-sales service. Any suggestions can be sent to: service@stirlingkit.com.

Necessary tools to assemble Capo CD 1582X Queen

When assembling your Capo CD1582X QUEEN U4RC car kit, it is crucial to make sure you have the following necessary tools. These tools include scissors, nozzle pliers, needle-nose pliers, aluminum pliers, hexagonal screwdriver, cross screwdriver, graver, sandpaper and socket wrench. Scissors, nozzle pliers and graver are used to trim the nozzles of plastic and metal parts, while needle-nose pliers and aluminum pliers are used to fix and operate small parts. Please note that do not use violence when tightening the screws. It is recommended to use a small amount of low-strength screw glue when fixing metal, but not when fixing plastic parts to avoid possible corrosion. Lubricating oil is used to lubricate gears and shock absorbers, but not for bearings. Thread lockers can effectively prevent screws from loosening, and double-sided tape is suitable for bonding some plastic decorative parts.

It should be noted that the tools and materials mentioned above are not included in the product packaging and need to be purchased by yourself. Through the reasonable use of these tools, you will be able to efficiently assemble your Capo QUEEN U4 car and ensure its excellent performance on the off-road or track.
