After-sale Service on Howin Inline Six Engine | Stirlingkit

I am sorry to inform you that the straight-six engine you have been waiting for has been produced and delivered, but there was an unexpected problem with it - "the engine has no return hole." I understand how disappointing this must be for you, and I share your frustration.

Upon receiving your feedback, the Stirlingkit team immediately contacted the factory to investigate the issue. We discovered that one of Howin's production lines had recently recruited several new technicians who lacked the necessary technical experience. As a result, several engines were produced without a return hole. We take full responsibility for this oversight and apologize for any inconvenience caused. And I wanna appologize again to someone like Dennis, as i replied to you that your engine has oil return holes without confirming with our warehouse in advance.

In response to this incident, we have imposed stricter requirements on the factory, including improvements to processing technology and updating quality inspection requirements. We have also sent back all undelivered engines to the factory for re-inspection.

After a systematic investigation, we found that 20 howin engines did not have oil return holes, and unfortunately, 4 engines were sent out without them. For customers who have already received their engines, we will handle after-sales problems according to three situations:

If you still want the l6 engine and agree to replace parts, we will resend the correct parts, like the new cylinder blocks, and provide compensation, like some igniters or spark plugs. We will cover the freight cost together with Howin.
If you still want the l6 engine and do not accept replacement parts, we will arrange for the engine to be returned, and repaired, and a new one sent out for you. We will cover all return shipping costs together with Howin.
If you are disappointed in us and request a refund, it's totally understandable and we will arrange for a full refund upon receipt of the returned engine.

For those who have not purchased the inline six-cylinder engine, please do not lose confidence in us, we have arranged a professional team to re-inspect the engine in stock. The latest quality inspection report results will be announced in the next few days, and the corresponding assembly and start-up test video will be provided to ensure that the engine you receive has no quality problems.

In the future, we will extend the test and pre-sale period for all new internal combustion engine products until we have optimized the engine to the satisfaction of our customers. We will also send the first draft of the manual to professional players for review before releasing it, and provide an official assembly and start-up video for novice customers to watch. Additionally, we may consider reducing the number of engines sold in DIY kits until the product is stable and the technology is more mature.

We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns of howin engine, please do not hesitate to contact us.
