The new Toyan gasoline engine: a combination of classic heritage and innovation

Hello everyone, I am the designer of Toyan, and I am happy to introduce our new gasoline engine to you this time. While this engine looks like a continuation of our classic family design, it's a completely reimagined product from the inside out.

Design innovation: new structure specifically designed for gasoline
Most of our previous engines were improved based on the methanol version, but this time, we started from scratch and designed a new architecture specifically for gasoline engines. This not only makes the overall structure of the engine more compact, but also significantly improves combustion efficiency and stability. In response to the special needs of gasoline engines, we have equipped this engine with a special carburetor to make it exhibit better stability during operation.

Additionally, although this engine is focused on gasoline, it is still compatible with methanol fuel. Users only need to simply disassemble the door motor to complete the conversion. This flexibility makes it more suitable for different usage scenarios.

Performance improvements: optimization from the inside out
Dual piston ring design:
While conventional engines use a single piston ring, we have introduced a dual piston ring design in the new model. This improvement significantly enhances air tightness and improves stability while reducing the risk of oil leakage.

Manufacturing upgrades:
By using common parts and molds for production, we can also complete production delivery in a faster cycle.


Improvement of user experience
In response to user feedback, we have optimized the user experience in multiple aspects:

1.Oil leakage improvement
Past feedback helped us optimize the design, and no oil leakage was found in the current prototype test, which is also a major improvement in the design.
