First and foremost, we extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the temporary shipping delays of FLYWING products. Due to quality control upgrades and production scheduling adjustments, we must urgently inform you of the following changes.

1. SHIPPING SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS

▶ Shipping Available Before July 15th

ONLY FLYWING FW450L Airwolf series can be dispatched normally before July 15th (inclusive).

▶ Products Unable to Ship Before July 15th

FLYWING EC135 RC Helicopter
FLYWING UH1-V4 Huey RC Helicopter
FLYWING Bell-206 RC Helicopter
▶ Rescheduled Shipping (Approx. July 20th)
All delayed models above, including the recently announced EC135 series (due to quality inspection issues), will resume shipping around July 20th. Specific updates will be sent via order notifications.

2. APOLOGY & COMPENSATION OFFER

To thank you for your patience, customers who agree to wait until July 20th will receive an additional original battery in addition to the battery that comes with the aircraft as a token of appreciation.
✅ The battery will be shipped with your order; please contact us if there are any compatibility issues.
✅ For customers who choose to cancel their orders, we guarantee a priority refund and reserve a purchase discount for future orders.
