As the Spring Festival approaches, we would like to thank you for your support and trust in Stirlingkit! With this important holiday approaching, we would like to inform you in advance of some changes that may occur in order processing and shipment during the Spring Festival holiday.

The Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional holidays in China, during which many logistics companies, factories and warehouses will suspend operations. In order to let you know about possible delays and help you prepare, we hereby issue this notice.

Order processing and delivery during the Chinese New Year holiday
During the Chinese New Year holiday, the main challenges we face are as follows:

Logistics suspension and factory closures: During the holiday, many logistics companies and factories will suspend operations. This may lead to delays in order processing and delivery.

Staff shortage: During the holiday, some employees will go home to reunite with their families, so our processing capacity may be reduced, affecting the speed of order processing.

Tight inventory: Due to the high demand before and after the Chinese New Year, the inventory of some products will be limited. It is recommended that you place orders as early as possible to ensure smooth delivery before the holiday.


Shipping Time Update

Due to the impact of the Chinese New Year holiday on our operations, order processing time will be extended. We expect that the processing time for all orders will be extended to 15-20 business days instead of the usual 7 business days.


If you have urgent needs, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible and contact our customer service team. We will do our best to expedite your order.


How to deal with delays and limited stock

To minimize the impact during the holiday period, we provide the following solutions:
Emergency order priority processing: If you need urgent delivery, please contact us in time and we will do our best to arrange priority delivery.

Standard order processing: If your order is not urgent, you can choose to wait. After the holiday (around February 5), we will resume normal delivery processing.


Limited stock, order early

Due to the surge in demand around the Spring Festival, we strongly recommend that you place your order early to ensure smooth delivery. Once the product is sold out, it may take until after the holiday to restock, so placing an order early is the best option to ensure that you receive the goods in time.

Cut-off time for each logistics channel before the New Year:
UBI Logistics: Normal delivery (adjusted according to customs holiday time)
Yuntu Logistics: Normal delivery (adjusted according to customs holiday time)
Shunyou Logistics: Cut-off on January 24
European and American air delivery, European and American sea delivery: Cut-off on January 17
DHL/UPS cut-off around January 22-23
Pure electric parcel: Cut-off on January 20
Postal parcel: Cut-off on January 24

Advance Purchase Tips:
To ensure that you receive your product before the New Year holiday, we recommend that you complete your purchase by January 22nd at the latest to avoid missing the delivery deadline due to the approaching logistics deadline.

Please choose the appropriate logistics method according to your needs and destination, and place your order in advance! We will do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Estimated shipping date for core products:


Toyan L4 and Toyan V8 will be shipped on January 25.
V2 series products were all shipped yesterday (January 21) and have now arrived at the warehouse.
