Best Choices for a First New 2 Cylinder Engine in 2024 | Stirlingkit

I’ve been dabbling into adjacent hobbies for a while and this ‘4 Stroke 2 Cylinder Engine’ is BY FAR the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s a fully functional mini-engine that you can assemble! The engine is the size of a fist and heavy like a solid block of steel. The kit comes with everything you need to assemble it and start it up but you’ll need to purchase a few more components to hook it up to a gas tank, a lipo battery to run the motor, and nitro gasoline to fire it up. The construction of the engine itself is extremely solid, and the kit gives you enough extra nuts and bolts just in case you lose them. The assembly duration was about 3 hours in total. I have acquired some nitro from a local hobby shop, and I need to build a small platform to hold all components together while firing up this engine so that it stays intact. There will be some waste too in addition to fume, so I’ll need to find a way to collect that too. This was an incredible and unique experience from start to finish, I have used the motor to run it for a few minutes at a time (the motor is supposedly used only to start the engine). I’ll make a reel to show it working soon, but I wanted to show how this thing was put together. I probably won’t use it in a model boat or car with this but it’s a stunning tabletop piece!
